In collaboration with a cacao farm in Rosario, Agusan del Sur, FELCHIE's created a masterpiece adopting a name that has a FILIPINO lineage. The farm produces a high grade if not the highest grade tablea made from 100% cacao. This makes the ice cream so delectable. It's like your lola's "sikwate" or tsokolate-e made into COLDHAPPINESS
